Jodie Davidson is a Creative Practitioner, Consultant and Project Manager. Her arts practice, projects and workshops focus and explore sustainability and the natural environment. Community events and projects encourage participants to collaborate, imagine and think critically through their own artistic process to discover their own creative balance.
Jodie engages with schools and educators, both primary and secondary, as a Teaching Artist, Artist in Residence and Creative Consultant to develop projects that incorporate curriculum components, critical and creative thinking and a desire to learn in students. Community Art Installations in conjunction with local councils, community groups, aged care and the education sectors foster the benefits of intergenerational relationships and social acceptance.
She has more that 20 years experience as a Project Coordinator, a marketing background in events and merchandise, completed a Bachelor of Contemporary Art in Visual Art and a Certifcate IV in Small Business Management. This combined experience has developed a business that focusses on the arts and the appreciation of individual creative expression.
